Chung Do Kwan
Taekwondo is the Korean National Martial Art with more than 2,000 years of Korean culture & Martial Art history. In 1944 Professor Won-Kuk Lee founded the Chung Do Kwan (Blue Wave School) in Seoul, South Korea. In 1967 Edward B. Sell was the highest ranked non-Korean in the world, and founded the United States Chung Do Kwan Association (USCDKA) in Trenton, MI. Blue Knight Taekwondo in Bridgman, MI., was established in 1978, and is a chartered Branch of the USCDKA.

With more than 7,000 sq. ft. of open floor space, with padded training areas and individual changing rooms, Blue Knight Taekwondo is more than prepared to bring the best training to you and your child. As a plus, there are 4 tv monitors in the waiting room placed for your convenience to view your child in their training.
Meditation
Meditation has always been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, depression. It also improves focus, the regulation of emotions, and overall calming of the mind and body. With this in mind, we want to bring the very best training to our students, with clear minds and ready bodies. We always start our classes first with meditation to bring out the best in everybody.
