Chung Do Kwan
Taekwondo is the Korean National Martial Art with more than 2,000 years of Korean culture & Martial Art history. In 1944 Professor Won-Kuk Lee founded the Chung Do Kwan (Blue Wave School) in Seoul, South Korea. In 1967 Edward B. Sell was the highest ranked non-Korean in the world, and founded the United States Chung Do Kwan Association (USCDKA) in Trenton, MI. Blue Knight Taekwondo in Bridgman, MI., was established in 1978, and is a chartered Branch of the USCDKA.

Located at 9880 Maple St., Bridgman, MI, the Blue Knight Taekwondo facility has more than 7,000 sq. ft. of open floor space with padded training area, individual changing rooms, & 4 tv monitors in our visitor's lobby to view classes.
Meditation
Students meditate before the start of each class to clear their mind of distractions, & prepare for productive training.
